Getting a haircut takes about 20 minutes. Waiting lasted 45 minutes, appointment at 11:00. That says enough.

They do a good job! But one cannot trust the appointment. It happened 3 times to me, asked for specific person, went there. All seats occupied and the barber is not there at all!
