Terms of Use

Last updated: July 18, 2026

These terms govern your use of Revdict (revdict.com, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What the Service is

Revdict runs automated, statistical analysis of publicly available Google Maps reviews and produces a manipulation score, a verdict, and supporting evidence for a given place. Reports are generated by algorithms without human review.

Reports are estimates, not facts

Scores and verdicts are statistical estimates of review patterns. They are opinions produced by an automated model from public data — they are not factual claims, accusations of wrongdoing, or professional advice about any business or person. A "suspicious" or "likely manipulated" verdict means the review pattern resembles patterns commonly associated with manipulation; it does not mean the business bought fake reviews. Do not rely on a report as the sole basis for any decision.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Service or its reports to harass, defame, or threaten anyone.
  • Do not misrepresent a report's meaning (for example, presenting a verdict as a proven fact).
  • Do not scrape, bulk-download, or resell the Service's data or reports without permission.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

Third-party data

Review content, reviewer names, ratings, and place details shown in reports originate from publicly available Google Maps data obtained through licensed data providers. Revdict is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Trademarks and business names belong to their owners.

Corrections

If you represent a business and believe a report about it is based on incorrect or outdated data, contact us at [email protected] and we will re-run or review the analysis.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Analyses can fail, data can be stale, and models can be wrong.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revdict and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or reputation, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service or its reports.

Changes

We may update the Service or these terms at any time. The current version is always at this URL; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
