The thing that is so amazing at Alla Vita is the quality of their fresh pasta. It is the best bowl of spaghetti in town. Seasonal specials and great pizza.

The rigatoni and lasagna Verdi were absolutely divine. The wood fired bread is a delightful starter topped with melted cheese and honey. Nicole was an attentive and knowledgeable server! We would give this restaurant 10 stars if we could!

Didn't expect exception Italian! Great vibe, decor. Started with the grilled bread. Don't, I repeat, don't skip it. Had a squash pasta pocket that was unbelievable.

We had the Kale and Brussels Sprouts Caesar, the Seafood Busiate, the Tagliatelle, and the Dark Chocolate Torta. Each was exquisite. Excellent service. Only complaint was the noise level. Beyond that, fantastic.

Tagliatelle - 3 stars. Pasta done perfectly but too salty Rigatoni - 4.5 stars. Pasta done almost perfectly, flavor was good. Burrata - 3 stars. Flavor and textures done right. Very good but didn’t think it was worth the price
