It's a chain that you like or you don't. I happen to love it. There are 2 Applebee's near Times Square, but I prefer this one. It's on 42nd between 7th & 8th Ave, and it was very calm. No wait, fast service, great food.

This was very disappointing. We waited for over an hour for our food. When the food came it was cold and kind of off putting. Waitress gave us a hard time because she expected to be tipped more than 18%, so she got mad and refused a tip.
