Only waited in line because my 11 year old absolutely loves nutella. All she wanted was nutella ice cream. We ended up getting the custom nutella label name made for her. This is a cool one time thing to do.

This very popular Chicago coffee shop is usually quite busy, so it's best to go at off-peak hours because the place is very large and has few tables. Everything we tried was delicious.
