I had a fantastic stay as my first time at Swissotel. I had a front desk rep that showed me where I could buy batteries IN the hotel because I had no idea there was a bottom floor. He walked me to the services and helped me out so much. Also the housekeeping was FANTASTIC they went above and beyond.
